We are Panda!monium Press. A small comic
book publishing company based in Saint
Petersburg, Florida. We are comprised of
three talented individuals. Robert Rhine,
artist and creator of “The Maniacal Smile”.
Robert is also Artist of the upcoming
graphic novel “Blue Manta”. Mike Foss is the
writer of “The Maniacal Smile”, “Blue
Manta”, “Second Star”, “The Meek”, and
other to be announced, and Ralph Bednarski
has been tapped to do some edits and
produce "The Maniacal Smile"…We love
comics and this industry as a whole. Thanks
to the support of our fans we are able to
